This comprehensive module on Executive Presence and Impression Management will focus on 2 main areas of development, namely, personal productivity and influence and impression management – major qualities required by an incumbent of a leadership role. This module looks at the skills, behaviours, and strategies necessary to project a strong and influential presence as a leader. It covers aspects such as communication, body language, personal branding, and building relationships.
Programme Outcomes
- Students will gain insights into the key elements of executive presence and impression management developing the necessary skills needed to communicate effectively, project confidence, build relationships, and influence others as leaders.
- The module will focus on developing students’ abilities to effectively communicate and present information to large audiences.
- This module prepares students for real-world scenarios where they are expected to provide business pitches, presentations and talks, as well as present reports and work to their future superiors, stakeholders or investors.
- A Bachelor's degree or post-graduate degree in business, administration, management, or a related field
- Minimum 180 ECTS previously acquired at a Higher Education institution
- 2 years of work experience
- A GPA score of 2.5 (C+) or higher (or equivalent) will be required
- Proof of C1 level of English or equivalent
