This program prepares individuals to excel in significant roles within organisations and to make strategic decisions that drive success and the individual, team and enterprise level. It provides the students with a deep focus on leadership development, exploring various dimensions of leadership, and is designed to enable students to expand their business knowledge, develop their analytical and critical thinking skills and refine their communication abilities. It delivers a solid foundation in the principles of effective leadership, as well as the practical tools and techniques necessary to inspire and guide diverse teams towards success.

- The MASTERS OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (MBA) program in Leadership Excellence is designed to offer a transformative learning experience that prepares students to be effective and ethical leaders in today's complex and rapidly changing business landscape and equips graduates with the tools and the mindset needed to navigate the challenges and opportunities of the global stage.
- Upon completion of the program, graduates will be well-prepared to excel in leadership roles across industries.
- A Bachelor's degree or post-graduate degree in business, administration, management, or a related field
- Minimum 180 ECTS previously acquired at a Higher Education institution
- 2 years of work experience
- A GPA score of 2.5 (C+) or higher (or equivalent) will be required
- Proof of C1 level of English or equivalent
