The program is also targeted to students who have an MQF Level 6 qualification in a non-business related subject, but have proven work experience in a leadership or business development related capacity (for a minimum of 5 years) and are looking to improve their knowledge and skills in the hopes of becoming leaders within organisations.

- Students will gain advanced knowledge in the field of leadership and business development, including team building and decision-making, and applied skills in developing and implementing strategies that drive growth and navigate complex organisational issues.
- This program aims to prepare students with the ability to develop a holistic and strategic approach to problem-solving and decision-making within an organisation.
- Bachelor's degree or graduate degree in business, administration, commerce, finance, sciences, management, human resources, psychology or a related field
- Minimum 180 ECTS at MQF Level 6 previously acquired at a Higher Education institution
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- A minimum of one year of work experience in a business environment will be considered as an asset
